Kairos Moira Editions is a boutique literary imprint, founded in 2025.

Built around the principle that not all work should be rushed to market, we exist to support writing that deserves time, space, and intention. Rather than functioning as a traditional publisher, we work on a select few projects — treating each one as a crafted edition, not a commodity.

Our approach is defined by restraint and respect: for the author, for the process, and for the integrity of the final book. Every title is developed slowly, with full creative oversight and deep editorial care. Nothing is outsourced, and no aspect is treated as secondary.

Our Name

The imprint takes its name from two classical ideas:
Kairos, meaning a moment outside of chronological time — one that carries weight, consequence, or transformation.
Moira, meaning fate, or the threads that connect events and people in ways often unseen.
Together, they reflect the spirit of the work we publish: deeply felt, beautifully made, and written to last.
